Kathmandu. Kaule Vineyard Resort Pvt. Ltd., located in the serene and picturesque hills of Dhading, has announced plans to issue primary shares (IPO) to the public. For this purpose, the resort has appointed Muktinath Capital Ltd. as its institutional advisor.
An agreement regarding this collaboration was signed between the resort’s Director Indra Bir Maharjan and Muktinath Capital’s Chief Executive Officer Kabindra Dhwaj Joshi. As per the agreement, Muktinath Capital will provide complete advisory services covering capital structure, management, and the entire process of public issuance.
According to the resort’s chairman, the agreement incorporates all the essential aspects required for IPO preparation and management.
Recognized as Nepal’s first vineyard-based tourism destination, Kaule Vineyard Resort spans nearly 5 hectares of grape fields, offering not only wine production but also wine tasting, vineyard tours, local cuisines, homestay experiences, and nature-based relaxation facilities for visitors.
The resort aims to deliver an international-level wine experience by blending modern technology with traditional methods. Additionally, it claims to contribute to rural employment generation, farmer empowerment, sustainable tourism, and community development.
