Located in the Kailali District, Sudurpashchim Province. About 3 km from Dhangadhi city center.

Runway: One asphalt runway, 1,800 meters long.
Opened in 1958.
Airlines: Daily flights to Kathmandu from major domestic airlines like Buddha Air, Shree Airlines, etc. Also serves helicopter or small aircraft flights to remote mountain and pilgrimage areas.
Future Plan: There is a proposal to upgrade Dhangadhi Airport into an international airport.
